For the past 5 years, Ryan Worrell has been helping property owners in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick Counties with their properties. Our Team - Samantha

Samantha is Ryan's beautiful and smart fiance! She is from Honduras and grew up on a farm. While growing up there, it was her responsibility to cook, clean, and take care of the animals. She is an amazing person, and very detail oriented when it comes to cleaning!

    • Dust and wipe all surfaces including shelves, furniture, and baseboards
    • Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly, reaching under beds and furniture
    • Mop hardwood, tile, or laminate floors with appropriate products
    • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces until they shine streak-free
    • Organize small cluttered areas like nightstands or side tables upon request
  • Kitchen Deep Clean

    • Scrub countertops, sinks, faucets, and backsplashes
    • Wipe down all exterior appliances (microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher)
    • Clean the inside of microwave and top of stove, including burner grates
    • Dust light fixtures, cabinet fronts, and window sills
    • Take out trash and replace liners
  • Bathroom Sanitization

    • Disinfect tubs, showers, tiles, and glass doors
      Clean toilets inside and out with attention to base and behind
    • Shine faucets, clean mirrors, and polish counters
    • Wipe down cabinets and handles
    • Mop floors with disinfecting cleaner
  • What’s included in a standard home cleaning?

    Our standard cleaning covers all high-traffic areas of your home. This includes dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, emptying trash, and tidying up common spaces. We tailor each clean to your specific needs—just let us know your priorities!

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or code so we can clean while they’re away. Your trust and privacy are extremely important to us—we treat every home with the utmost care and confidentiality.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

    Yes! RW Housing LLC provides all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment needed for the job. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate.

  • How long does a typical cleaning take?

    It depends on the size and condition of your home, but most standard cleanings take between 2 to 4 hours. We always aim to work efficiently without cutting corners. For larger or deeper cleans, we’ll give you a time estimate upfront.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Life happens—we totally get it! We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. This helps us manage our calendar and keeps things running smoothly. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

  • Are you insured and background-checked?

    Absolutely. RW Housing LLC is fully insured, and every team member is carefully screened and background-checked. You can feel confident knowing your home is in safe, professional hands.
