Apartment & House Cleaning Services

When transitioning a rental unit, we ensure it’s in pristine condition for the next tenant. Our turnover services include:
✔ Deep Cleaning (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Floors, Windows)
✔ Carpet Cleaning (Vacuum and Small Stain removal 

✔ Real Hardwood Floor Cleaning (vacuum or sweep dirt, then mopped with Pine sol, Lemon Lysol, or fabuloso solution) extra care is taken for homes with older hard woods, including no vacuum used on it, only broom. 

✔Baseboard cleaning - wipe the entire baseboard with a micro fiber cloth with cleaning solution 

✔ LVP (luxury vinyl plank floors) - vacuumed or swept clean, then mopped with cleaning solution and warm water. 


✔ Fullly Detailed Bathroom cleaning - when it comes to bathrooms, we know how important it is to be clean, spot free, hair free, and grime free! Includes - full shower bleach and toilet, and bathroom vanity and sink spray down. Complete shower scrub ( extra care is taken for tile showers with grout lines, making sure not to scrub the grout out of the lines). Entire toilet wiped down with microfiber cleaning cloths. Bowl scrubbed with brush. We use a new rag for the toilet seat. Completely wipe down vanity, using windex or other window cleaner on the bathroom window and mirror 

✔Full Kitchen Deep Clean 

  • includes - opening the oven, pulling grates off, and taking apart the range to deep clean any oil, dirt, and loose food particles. In some cases, it’s necessary to lull back the oven from the wall to clean under and around the surfaces and on the sides of the oven. Full clean of oven grates on top of oven with dish soap.bottom shelf wiped out. All counters wiped down with Lysol/ fabuloso, or pinesol. Exterior of cabinets wiped down with all purpose cleaner. Garbage cans and drawer for garbage cans are cleaned and wiped down. Coffee machines are emptied and cleaned. All dishes are put into dish washer or washed by hand if needed.

  • At RW Housing, we know how important and commonly used these parts of the house are! We’re experts at finding the dirt, dust, and hidden trash!
  • Living rooms - we take a light swifter duster and sometimes spray with a little dusting cleaner, and dust around those fragile areas including front and backs of TVs, inside and outside of lamps, and carefully dust all pictures, china cabinets, trinkets, and more. We will also use a separate vacuum attachment for furniture and pull up all cushions and clean under and on top of all cushions. 
  • Offices - With many folks working from home these days, we understand the importance of having a pristine workplace! 
    - we take careful consideration when cleaning around computers, making sure when lifting wires to dust under them, not to unplug anything! 
  • Dining rooms and laundry rooms - the dining room is a sacred place for some, only using it for very special occasion. Keep this room in total spotless condition is imperative to some! For us, we clean the counter and all chairs, if wooden chairs or similar, they will get wiped down. The entire dining room floors get cleaned at the end.
  • laundry rooms - we spend a lot of time in ours, and I’m sure you do to! We like to wipe down the inside of the dryer, empty the lint trap, and pull back both the dryer and washer from the wall and vacuum and mop behind them.
